Back Pain Relief With Acupuncture

If you are suffering from back pain you know how much it can impact your everyday life. Simple tasks such as driving to work or taking a simple stroll through your neighborhood quickly become excruciatingly painful tasks that no one should have to deal with.

What many people don’t know is that lower back pain is often caused by pressure or strain on the sciatic nerve. This nerve runs from the lower back down through the pelvis and leg to the foot. When it is irritated it causes severe tightness in the lower back and pain through one or both of the legs.

Acupuncture Treats The Cause of Back Pain

Outside of strong pain killers which only serve to mask the pain, or invasive surgery, little is offered in the way of Western medicine to treat this. Luckily acupuncture has been shown to not only reduce the pain but treat the underlying cause of sciatica.

At Complete Oriental Medical Care, we have first hand experience treating people with lower back pain and sciatic pain. Call our Minneapolis acupuncture clinic today to set up your first appointment! Dial 612-866-4000. Or go to our contact page here.

Excellent! I am a firm believer!!

    • That’s great. However, it is not necessary to believe in acupuncture for it to work. I’ve had many skeptics come into our clinic throughout the years and it still worked. Even animals don’t believe in acupuncture and it works with them. Best regards
